Joseph Harper is an Associate Attorney at JML Law’s Anaheim office and practices in the field of employment law.  Joseph graduated from Southwestern Law School with a concentration in Labor and Employment and passed the California Bar in 2024. Joseph joined JML Law as a Law Clerk in the summer of 2023 and then became an Associate Attorney in 2025, litigating single-plaintiff employment cases.

 

While attending law school, Joseph worked as a workplace investigator handling cases related to Title IX, discrimination, and harassment.  Additionally, due to his passion for advocating for his clients, Joseph worked as a Student Advocate in Southwestern Law School’s Children’s Rights Clinic and volunteered at Bet Tzedek Legal Services as an Employment Rights Project Volunteer.

 

Outside of work, Joseph enjoys running, gardening, and spending time with his family and friends.
