Aubrey Kaiser is an Associate Attorney of JML Law, APLC’s Woodland Hills office, where she litigates single-plaintiff employment cases.
Aubrey joined JML Law, APLC, as a Law Clerk in the summer of 2024. After earning her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School and passing the California Bar in 2026, she transitioned into her current role as an Associate Attorney.
Prior to law school, Aubrey worked for the California State Assembly, where she assisted thousands of constituents in resolving issues with various California state agencies. She developed particular experience helping constituents navigate matters involving the California Employment Development Department.
During law school, Aubrey gained experience in personal injury and family law, strengthening her legal research and writing skills. She worked at a boutique personal injury firm and served as a judicial extern for a Family Law judge. Aubrey spent her final year of law school working for JML Law, APLC, on both the Law Motion and Litigation teams, further developing her passion for advocating for others.
Outside of work, Aubrey enjoys spending time with her husband, her dog, family, and friends.
