Cathryn “Katy” Fund is a Partner at JML Law and has represented plaintiffs for the entirety of her career. Katy began her career at a Century City firm, focusing on litigating catastrophic injury and other personal injury matters. After two years, Katy joined JML Law, where she has remained ever since.
During her career, Katy has successfully tried numerous trials and arbitrations to verdict, resulting in favorable results for her clients. She has had one of the cases she litigated argued in the U.S. Supreme Court. She has also been named a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” since 2017, a distinction that only 2.5 percent of attorneys in Southern California receive, and one of the Top 50 Women Rising Stars since 2020. - $450,000 confidential settlement for retaliation in violation of Labor Code Section 1102.5 claim.

Katy enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter outside of work, hiking, and traveling. Her favorite trips include travels to New Zealand, Chile, Dubai, Norway, Utah, and Nepal to hike to the Everest Base Camp.
