Cathryn “Katy” Fund is a Partner at JML Law and has represented plaintiffs for the entirety of her career. Katy began her career at a firm in Century City where she focused on litigating catastrophic injury and other personal injury matters. After two years, Katy joined JML Law where she has remained ever since.
During the course of her career, Katy has successfully tried numerous trials and arbitrations to verdict, resulting in favorable results for her clients, and has had one of the cases she litigated argued in the U.S. Supreme Court. She has also been named a Super Lawyers’ “Rising Star” since 2017, a distinction that only 2.5 percent of attorneys in Southern California receive, and Top 50 Women Rising Stars since 2020. Outside of work, Katy enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, hiking, and traveling. Some of her favorite trips include travels to New Zealand, Chile, Dubai, Norway, Utah, and Nepal, to hike to the Everest Base Camp.
