Jared W. Beilke is the Managing Partner of JML Law’s Orange County office at JML Law, where he litigates employee-side employment and personal injury cases. Jared has over 25 years of civil litigation experience. Jared has spent his legal career representing the rights of individuals in high-stakes civil litigation involving product liability, serious personal injury, employment issues, unfair business practices, class actions, whistleblower actions, environmental toxic torts, breach of contract, insurance coverage, mass torts, and professional liability.
Jared’s career settlements and verdicts have exceeded $500 million to date. Jared has been lead counsel on several jury trials and arbitrations, resulting in favorable verdicts for his clients since joining JML Law in 2016.
Jared is a frequent speaker and lecturer for CLE courses on various litigation-related issues (Bridgeport, Faith Pincus, and ABA National Legal Malpractice Conference), employment law (Southwestern Law School), and trial advocacy (Loyal Law School). Furthermore, Jared has written numerous articles and publications on legal issues and trends from the Plaintiff’s perspective.
Outside his legal practice, Jared enjoys traveling with his family, golfing, skiing, and fishing. Jared also enjoys volunteering in his community through youth sports and at the schools his children have attended.
