Court Approves $450,000 Settlement for Family Injured in Auto Accident

Cabezas, et al. v. Smith, et al.

On September 4, 2013, a Bakersfield judge approved a $450,000 settlement in the case of Cabezas, et al. v. Smith, et al. This settlement was reached by JML Law on behalf of family members that were injured in an automobile accident on the Interstate 5 freeway. JML Law lawyers were able to secure for the family a settlement that exceeded the policy limits available through insurance.
