Joseph M. Lovretovich founded JML Law to carry out his commitment to the representation of the rights of the individual.
Mr. Lovretovich was first admitted to practice law in the state of California on December 1976. Vintage Petroleum, which added significant protections for the victims of racial prejudice; and he won in O’Hare v. MBIA, which further defined the rights of employees as parties to pre-employment mandatory arbitration agreements. Mr. Lovretovich is a frequent lecturer at legal conferences and mentors numerous beginning attorneys throughout California.
Joseph “Joe” Lovretovich was born in Los Angeles. His father was an LAPD officer for 35 years. Joe is a graduate of the University of Southern California and Southwestern University School of Law.
